Ordering can be done via our secure online website with payment options or via the phone to our office (+612 96809005)

Payment must be made in full by authorising Toetum Kids to charge your Credit Card OR Paypal Account.

While we endeavour to fulfil your order on occasions we may be out of stock of a product. Should this happen we will contact you immediately with alternatives or offer you a full refund.

Delivery

All deliveries will be sent by Australia Post at a standard flat rate shipping charge of $9.95 within Australia.

For international deliveries please email us for an accurate cost at info@toetum.com

Delivery times are as follows,

2-4 business days for delivery to NSW, VIC, ACT

4-7 business days for delivery to SA, WA, NT, QLD, TAS

Orders placed prior to 2pm will be shipped on the same business day. Orders will be despatched by Australia Post eParcel and a signature is required upon delivery.

If an order is urgent and next day delivery is required, we can accomodate this at a cost of $14.95 but we need this order to be phoned through to us on +61 2 9680 9005
